Ideal reading is free of the limitation of time and space. As long as we are willing, we can always pick up a good book and enjoy it slowly.
“泉城书房”落户浙商银行济南分行，就是要营造自由舒适便捷的阅读体验。在这里，我们提供静谧温馨的空间，让每个读者沉浸在阅读的快乐之中不被打扰；在这里，我们突破资源的瓶颈，依托专业图书馆为读者源源不断地提供新书好书；在这里，我们拓展服务的边界，从图书借还到沙龙讲座，打造富有特色的读者服务平台；在这里，我们秉承公益的理念，免费提供24小时自助服务，把读书的门槛降到最低，全力让更多市民读者享受到阅读的欢愉。
The “Quancheng Study Room” settled in China Zheshang Bank (CZB) Jinan Branch is to create a free, comfortable and convenient reading experience. Here, we provide a quiet and warm space, so that each reader can be immersed in the joy of reading without being disturbed; here, we break through the bottleneck of resources and continuously provide new and good books to readers by relying on professional libraries; here, we expand the boundaries of services, from book lending to salon lectures, to create a distinctive reader service platform; here, we adhere to the philosophy of doing public good, provide 24-hour free self-service, minimize the threshold for reading, and make every effort to make more citizens enjoy the joy of reading.
为此，我们公开征集浙商银行济南分行“泉城书房”公益设计方案。参与者可以不分畛域，不受年龄职业国籍的限制，只要热爱读书，愿意为公益事业贡献一份力量即可。设计理念可以不拘一格，风格、色调、陈设自由组合，浙商银行的文化内涵和形象元素与不同的文化理念相互碰撞交相辉映，在实现书房基础功能的基础上大胆想象。具体方案必须卓尔不凡，坚持以读者为中心，充满人文色彩，让每位读者念念不忘。
To this end, we call for the public to make a public good design plan for the “Quancheng Study Room” of CZB Jinan Branch. We make no distinctions on the participants, regardless of age, occupation and nationality, as long as you love reading and are willing to contribute to public welfare. The design philosophy can be eclectic, with free combination of style, color, and layout. The cultural connotation and image elements of CZB shall collide with different cultural ideas, and you can boldly brainstorm on the basis of achieving the basic functions of the study. The specific plan must be outstanding, humanistic, centering on the reader, and born in mind by every reader.
我们征集的方案经专家评审出“最佳设计奖”，入选作者（个人或单位）名称会在书房显著位置予以标识，并在图书馆、“泉城书房”等公共场馆进行巡展，未入选方案也可以在其他“泉城书房”建设。
The entries collected will be reviewed by experts for the “Best Design Award”. The names of selected authors (individuals or organizations) will be marked in a prominent place in the study, and will be exhibited in public venues such as libraries and “Quancheng Study Room”. The other entries can also have chance to be used in the construction of other “Quancheng Study Room”.
希望通过我们的共同努力，“泉城书房”可以滋润更多读者，真正让阅读变“悦读”。
It is hoped that with our joint efforts, “Quancheng Study Room” will nourish more readers and truly make reading “readable”.

Attachment: Matters needing attention of design plan collection
设计作品需提交平面布局图、效果图、必要的结构图、基本外观尺寸图及说明文字(800-1000字符)等。
Design works should include floor plan, renderings, necessary structural drawings, basic appearance dimensions and explanatory text (800-1000 characters).
参赛作品必须原创，不得有侵犯任何第三方的著作权或其他任何知识产权或专有权利的情况。参赛作品的传播、展览、刊登、出版等的版权归主办方所有。主办方在使用参赛作品时，予以署名。
Entries must be original and must not infringe the copyright of any third party or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights. The copyright of the entries’ dissemination, exhibition, and publication belongs to the organizer. When using the entry, the organizer will put the author’s signature.
